Fixed Assets Tracing/Accounting

This is a specially designed Fixed Asset Management system for both tracking and accounting of Fixed Assets in an organization and highly suited for large corporates including multi nationals and banks. It provides core data such as:

• Category to which the fixed asset belongs.
• The location at which the fixed asset is placed / installed.
• The department and/or sub-department using that asset- The barcode assigned to it
• Assigns locations to departments using them
• Keeps a log of asset count by taking input from the barcode scanning devices
